We love Gail Gibbons books on any subject. This book is no exception. I am using it along with Milk: From Cow to Carton (Let's Read and Find Out) as suggested by Memoria Press for their Science Enrichment Curriculum. Just as with all Gibbons books, it is a very informative book with great illustrations. We read this book and then visited a local dairy farm that has an ice cream parlor on the farm.

This was so helpful in teaching my son about the process of milk. He is 5 and we homeschool and he had been asking me for quite a while how it all worked. My 3 year old also read this with us although it didn't quite keep his attention.

A very educational book to teach young children about dairy farming. I haven't found another book like this!

My 2.2 years old daughter really loves this book. It's entertaining and educating.Sometimes she will pick it up and "pretend" to read it (she would just cite what I read to her). She knows what other animals also give milk and she will say she loves eating yogurt which is made from milk too.

Books, you can never have too many books. Especially in a school setting. School, classroom and home.....the more the better

Bought it for 1 year old grandchild but daddy actually enjoys it most. It was his favorite book as a child. It is very informative. Great pictures!
